I have an tire off a car that was in the indy 500 race. it is signed by the driver.?

my neighbors were having a garage sell and were selling this tire. they had the a signed autograph picture and everything, however when they moved the items they were unable to sell they set outside the door. i got the tire how can i find out about it's authencity and who the driver is. i can't read his hand writing.
