Can you repare the skin between your lip and gum?

I had a hairclip in my mouth and managed to flick the skin that connects your lip and gum, and it snapped, it's extremly painful and hasn't stopped hurting since I did it around 2 Months ago, it's extremly painfull if anything touches it, I was wondering if there anything that I can do, or will it grow back?
