Publication city of The Great Gatsby?

I'm doing a project and I need to do a works cited for The Great Gatsby but I lost my book. I've tried looking up the city it was published in, but all I can find is the publication date. I was wondering if anyone had one that they could look up for me, or if you're a master at internet searches and can find the city for me. All help is greatly appreciated! Thank you :)
