Can anyone tell me what I may have.... I need help!!!?

Okay, I'm a guy, 15, and in my "area", there is a whitish tan offwhite kind of color on the hairs here an there but mostly in the gooch or taint area underneath it all.... And I've had it before. And the doctor said it was jock itch, so I got the cream for that then it went awAy for a few months.. And it's not red in the area it just has the weird color on the hairs and it smells BAD... But what I lied to my doctor about was the me and . I told my doctor o never did anything ual but on actuality I've had and gotten s from 2 diferent people.. But I was one of yhems first everything and the other was with two other people and those two other people slept around so then I thought maybe .. But they both sound right and wrong in some ways and I am not wanting to have to say I have or do watever for that
