All moms i need your help....?

I am pregnant and have had my period and am freaking oot over losing him/her again, but i have hear that moms have had there period while pregnant, my mother claims that she had three periods while pregnant with me but i am still worried. so has this happened to you? or any one you know if so i would like some details on what (if to gory e-mail me about it and please leave links with information thanks sooo much
