WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 - The Real Story?

In Smackdown vs. Raw 2008, the roster is notably smaller than previous WWE games. Also, the WWE 24/7 mode has so many broken storylines, it is not even funny. However, does anybody think this had to do anything with the double-murder suicide of Chris Benoit? Consider this, Benoit could have played a key role in the WWE 24/7 mode, where he could have taught you the ins-and-outs of wrestling, but when his death arosed, since the WWE wanted all traces of him removed from their company, the developers probabley rushed, since it was already July, to remove the huge amount of his code from the game, while also removing a lot of code from other wrestlers that were connecting to his, thus skipping the process for looking for any bugs in order to meet their November deadline.
