deff. Heath Ledger. I mean the Jack Nicholson joker...well what can i say. he looked ridiculous and he didn't seem that much of a threat. now let's look at Heath's....he's got the y clown psycho look and everyone in Gotham seemed to be scared shitless because of him :D he seemed more evil than the dancing nicholson joker lmao
