Tattoos on the lower part of the back of a woman ... cool or tramp stamps? ... I just heard a guy call them?

tramp stamps .......... I happen to think that they look cool or HOT if you will .... some of my best lady friends have them as do some of my friends who work & own tattoo parlors ...... one in Florida and the other in Chicago ........... what are your thoughts??
