Guy questions.?

I am a girl. I like this guy, but I cant tell if he likes me. he hangs out with me more than normal...But he also acts like he flirts with other people. Like today, I was having THE WORST day ever and he gave me a hug that lasted for abut 10 seconds (& it wasnt a little side hug, we were VERY close...and he was hugging me tight). But then he runns off and hugs a few other people, but not the way he hugged me. and we text alot, but I just cant tell...what do YOU think?
