Ban from a group for no reason?

i was ban from a yahoo group for no reason then speaking to a member was told cause of my husband action at partys, when asking if that was fair to me responce was yes, this isnt first time this moderator done this and she also ban others for no reason either, i want to get her group closed cause she does inapproate things there, how do i do this,
